HEREYOUTRAVEL GROUP LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) shall govern all travel-related services arranged, facilitated, or sold by Hereyoutravel Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, purchasing, or otherwise engaging in any travel service offered through Hereyoutravel Group LLC, the client (“Client” or “you”) expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, as may be amended from time to time.

These Terms are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. The effective version of these Terms is located at

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all travel-related services arranged, facilitated, or sold by HEREYOUTRAVEL GROUP LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, purchasing, or otherwise using any travel-related service offered by HEREYOUTRAVEL GROUP LLC, you (“Client,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as updated from time to time.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking or using our services.

1. Services Provided

HEREYOUTRAVEL GROUP LLC acts solely as an independent intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation providers, tour operators, travel protection providers, and other travel service providers (“Suppliers”).

We do not own, manage, operate, or control these Suppliers, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, performance, warranties, breaches, delays, cancellations, overbookings, insolvency, or failures.

All travel documents, tickets, reservations, confirmations, and services are subject to each Supplier’s own terms, conditions, policies, and restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all Supplier rules and requirements.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and Supplier confirmation.

Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed in writing. A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable.

Final payment is generally due no later than sixty (60) days prior to departure, unless a different due date applies to your booking. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of amounts previously paid, subject to Supplier rules.

By providing payment information or authorizing payment through our website, by invoice, by email, by phone, or by another approved method, you authorize us to process payment for all applicable travel-related charges, including deposits, final balances, change fees, administrative fees, and any additional amounts due under these Terms or under Supplier terms.

If charges are incurred due to late payment, rebooking, repricing, or Supplier penalties, you are responsible for those charges.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Cancellation and refund policies vary by Supplier and by travel product. Some bookings may be fully non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel or change a reservation, you may be charged:
– our administrative service fee, and
– any Supplier fees, penalties, or non-refundable charges.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, our standard administrative fee for cancellations or modifications is $50 USD per booking action, in addition to any Supplier-imposed charges.

No refunds will be issued for:
– unused travel services,
– partially used travel services,
– missed departures,
– denied boarding due to documentation issues,
– “no-show” reservations,
– or services designated as non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your Here You Travel representative and to asistencia@hereyoutravel.com.

Refunds, when available, are processed only after the applicable Supplier has approved and released the refundable amount to us. Processing times may vary and may take up to sixty (60) days or longer depending on the Supplier.

Agency Cancellation Schedule

Unless a Supplier’s stricter terms apply, the following agency cancellation guideline may apply:

– 121 days or more before departure: refund of amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit and any non-refundable Supplier charges
– 60 to 120 days before departure: refund of 50% of amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit and any non-refundable Supplier charges
– 59 days or fewer before departure: no refund

If the Supplier’s cancellation terms are stricter than ours, the stricter terms will control.

4. Booking Modifications

Requests for booking changes must be made in writing and are subject to Supplier approval and availability.

Any modification may result in repricing at current rates and availability. Additional service fees and Supplier fees may apply.

5. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, health documentation, and any other travel documents required by the destination, airline, or government authority.

We are not responsible for costs, losses, or missed travel caused by:
– expired or invalid passports,
– visa denials,
– incomplete documentation,
– denied boarding,
– denied entry,
– or failure to meet health or entry requirements.

No refund will be owed by us if you are unable to travel due to documentation, identification, immigration, or entry-related issues.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, supplier default, baggage issues, and other unforeseen events.

If you decline travel insurance, you assume full responsibility for any losses that such insurance may otherwise have covered.

7. Supplier Responsibility Disclaimer

Suppliers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of HEREYOUTRAVEL GROUP LLC.

We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, additional expense, or irregularity caused by any act or omission of any Supplier or any other third party.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, cancellation, loss, damage, or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, hurricanes, floods, fires, pandemics, epidemics, disease outbreaks, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, border closures, or other force majeure events.

In such situations, refunds, credits, or rebooking options will depend entirely on the terms of the affected Supplier.

9. Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing, availability, typographical, or system errors. If a material error is discovered after booking but before travel is finalized, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the corrected terms or cancel for any refundable amount available under the applicable Supplier’s policies.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:
– provide accurate, current, and complete information;
– review all travel documents promptly upon receipt;
– notify us immediately of any errors in names, dates, or itinerary details;
– arrive on time for all check-ins, departures, and scheduled services;
– comply with all Supplier rules, local laws, and destination requirements.

11. Complaints and Claims

If you experience a problem during travel, you must notify the Supplier immediately so they have an opportunity to address it. You must also notify us in writing no later than five (5) days after completion of your travel.

Failure to provide prompt notice may affect the ability to investigate or pursue any claim.

12. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

13. SMS and Mobile Communications

HEREYOUTRAVEL GROUP LLC provides travel-related services, including travel quotes, booking assistance, itinerary updates, payment reminders, customer care, and travel support communications. If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you may receive text messages related to your inquiry, requested services, bookings, itinerary details, reminders, support updates, and, where applicable, promotional offers or service updates.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to +1 786-638-2834.

After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you wish to rejoin, you may opt in again through the original method by which you previously provided consent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEREYOUTRAVEL GROUP LLC’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to HEREYOUTRAVEL GROUP LLC for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be submitted to good-faith informal resolution efforts. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Florida, except where prohibited by applicable law.

17. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on our website with the effective date shown above. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
